The Staffing Specialist Experience

Project SCOPE

I was asked to produce a “day in the life” video featuring Staffing Specialists, giving an unfiltered genuine peek into the meaningful work they do, and how they make a difference every day working for PeopleReady.

The Proposal:

This content has the power to connect with all employees, from executives to staffing specialists, and everyone in between. It’s a human perspective behind the work done every day, reinforcing that they are a force for good in the lives of many. It strengthens the company’s purpose and the pride that comes with creating positive ripples in communities across the country.

It brings to life the mission of making a meaningful difference — A mission that every role in the company plays a critical part in supporting. Regularly sharing stories that highlight the difference we make will reinforce PeopleReady’s commitment to connecting people with work.

EXECUTION

This video was filmed on location at a working branch. I set up interview times working around their schedule to discuss their experience as a Staffing Specialist. The goal was to capture their experience, challenges, and passion for what they do every day. It was included in the PeopleReady Story eLearn assigned to all PeopleReady new hires as a way to highlight one of the company’s culture principals: We are a Force for Good.
